Ana Isabelle Bio

Ana Isabel Acevedo Aviles was born in Puerto Rico. She is a singer as well as a dancer, actress and singer. She released her debut album Por El Amor in December 2007, and won Univision's Viva el Sueno award for 2009 Ana Isabelle is an award-winning Puerto Rican actor, singer, song writer, dancer. Her part in Steven Spielberg remake of West Side Story as Rosalia was filmed on location on location in New York City. Ana Isabelle co-starred along with Laurence Fishburne in Imprisoned, and also in Coppola's remake of "Dementia 13". Ana's US Television debut was in Seasons Of Love, opposite Taraji P. Henson and Gladys Knight. She also played in the remake of Coppola's "Dementia 13". Other television credits for Ana includes Younger, Strangers, and Big Dogs. Alongside her Broadway Worlds Regional Award, she was awarded for her performances as Eva Peron and Anita at the Guthrie Theatre in West Side Story as well as Asolo Repertory Theatre in Evita. Concerts have sold out and she's performed in solo shows and in Duets with Gilberto Santa Rosa. The singer has released three successful albums across Latin America as well as the US and won the hearts of more than thirty million Latinos who cast their votes and made them the winners of Viva el Sueno an entertainment reality television show hosted by Univision where Ana Isabelle was crowned as the next Latin pop star. Billboard Magazine has called Ana Isabelle an "Artist to be Watching".
