Cartwright was married to Steve Gullion, in 1976. The couple have two kids. Angela Cartwright was the younger sister of Veronica Cartwright, an actress born in England. As a child Angela was a character on Linda Williams the sweet little step-daughter on The Danny Thomas Show in 1953. The show aired from 1957 to 1964. Her role was later adapted to Julie Andrews's popular movie The Sound of Music, (1965) as Brigitta. She returned soon after to a television show as Penny Robinson in Lost in Space as a teen space-traveler. It ran from 1965-1968. It's still a hit despite its uninspired effects, sloppy plot and cheap visuals. Angela played the role in Make Room for Granddaddy, an adaptation of the first series. The show was eventually cancelled. Since then, she has made her name in the non-film business. Angela Cartwright is a native of England as the youngest sister of the actress Veronica Cartwright. The year 1953 was the time she portrayed the adorable stepdaughter of Linda Williams in The Danny Thomas Show. Veronica A. Cartwright was born on the 20th of April 1949 in the United Kingdom. Her professional career has been centered around American films and television. Veronica Cartwright played Cathy Brenner in the iconic Alfred Hitchcock 1963 horror film The Birds. She was just 13 when she was cast. Bonanza was one of the first television westerns to be broadcast in colour. The film focused on the Cartwrights which was a fictional family of ranchers who lived in close proximity to Virginia City Nevada a real mining town in the mid 1800s. The actor played the younger Cartwright son whose mother (Felicia during the pilot, and later changed to Marie) was a widow, and mother whose child had passed away from the fever (episode Marie My Love) was of French Creole descent.
