Liz Vassey's career in acting started when she was only eighteen years old. Since then, she has been in more than fifty stage productions and musicals. At the age of 16, Liz moved from the south of England to New York to become part of All My Children. The work she did on the show resulted in being awarded the first Daytime Emmy. Swallow played both the bad and good guys on film and television. She was an officer in Ringer, a detective's wife in Southland, a bounty-hunter on CBS the Pilot The Odds and a bank robber on Medium. Swallow has also appeared as an emermaid female on the show Flight of the Conchords.
